Culinary artist Jeremy Moran is a New York City-trained chef specializing in parties of two to 20 people. He is extremely versatile and cooks in myriad styles, such as gourmet, fine dining, and comfort food, just to name a few. Jeremy is influenced by such New York chefs as Tom Valenti, Alfred Portale, and Mario Batali. He developed his love for cooking at an early age — when other kids in the neighborhood were reading The Hardy Boys, Jeremy was reading cookbooks by Julia Child. He cooked in restaurants to pay his way through college, and, after graduating with a psychology degree, realized that cooking was indeed his passion and has been doing it ever since.
